Lab work 2

The aim of this lab work is triple: first, to implement the rasterization of vectorial images; second, to practice the concepts of surface and volume rendering (DVR and IVR) using Slicer; and third, to practice surface volume rendering programing with vtk and interface development with PyQt5 by creating a viewer application that integrates image, surface and volume rendering. The lab will be developed in the same git project as Lab 1. You will have to download and add to that project some new files.
