Extend image_viewer

This part of Lab 2 consists of integrating rasterization, surface and volume rendering into your image_viewer project and warpping all with a user interface. First, understand how to program an interface and then focus on the project `image_viewer`. In this latter part you will have to download files in your project. Be careful!
